ABOUT OUR SPORT SCIENCE SERVICES

The High-Performance Training Centre (HTC) hosts state-of-the-art and hand-crafted gym equipment, grouped to maximize training experience in an indoor sport environment. Several Namibian Olympic athletes train at HTC due to the diversified equipment, including a 25 meter four-lane indoor heated pool.

A combination of Sport Science services is available to sport groups or individuals - all performed by professional instructors and according to international standards.

Training and conditioning packages

A Biokinetics Program aims at applying scientific based physical activities to final phase rehabilitation, to assist in disease prevention and /or improvement of quality of life.
