The MTC Dome Namibia is the largest and most versatile indoor event location in the country. The surrounding area of the MTC Dome makes provisions for almost all types of events, from; sports tournaments concert, expos, to weddingd, birthday parties, year end functions and other festivities.
The conference centre is situated on levels 4 and 5 of the MTC Dome Namibia. It is a unique venue in many aspects and is designed in such a way to provide a wide array of solutions for business, sporting events and everything in between.
The Swakop Room is at the heart of the conference centre and can provide seating for up to 600 people. With various arrangement styles, we can cater for any event big or small.
Surrounding the Swakop room is 6 meeting rooms (ranging in size) as well as breakaway areas for serving food or for exhibition stands and some of the boardrooms even offer a unique view of the Atlantic Ocean.
All the boardrooms are equipped with the most modern equipment available and our conference team can source equipment if we don’t already have it.
To the northern side of the Conference Centre is an outside deck, with two fully-equipped bars, enough space for 350 people, bathroom facilities and a stage for entertainment. We can even provide an optional open or closed roof environment, perfect for any occasion.
