The Conference Centre spanning levels 4 and 5 stands out as a distinctive venue, offering versatile solutions for business, sporting events, and everything in between. At the heart of the Centre is the Swakop room, capable of accommodating up to 600 people in cinema-style seating and 350 people in a banqueting-style setup. Surrounding the Swakop room are six meeting rooms of varying sizes, along with breakaway areas for food service or exhibition stands. Some of the boardrooms even boast a unique view of the Atlantic Ocean.
On the northern side of the Conference Centre, you'll find our outdoor Rooftop Deck, featuring a fully-equipped bar, ample space for 350 people, bathroom facilities, and a stage for entertainment. Additionally, we offer an optional open or closed roof environment, providing the perfect setting for any occasion.
